Since 2004, Tri-County Business Campus has owned and managed the Pottstown, PA Motel 6 property, which was also constructed by our affiliate Gateway Construction. As a result of the efforts of our 1st class management team this property has been honored with the "Franchise Quality" and "Top Performer" Award recognitions and as recent as April 2020 was the winner of the “Squeaky Clean” award in the Motel 6 Northeast Region . These awards symbolize a property that continually meets or exceeds the brand’s quality standards and provides a consistently enjoyable guest experience.

 Motel 6, Pottstown PA constantly scores in the 95th percentile of all unannounced inspection reviews as performed by our franchisor, G6 Hospitality, a division of the Blackstone Group. The property also completed an extensive renovation and upgrade of all guest facilities in 2018.
